Black Eyed Peas en Madrid

Fui a un concierto fantastico en Madrid. El recinto era bastante pequeno, lo cual me  sorprende para un grupo tan famoso. Para mi, era mucho mejor asi, ya que podia estar mucho mas cerca del escenario. Normalmente es muy dificil ver al grupo, pero en este caso, solo estaba cinco metros de ellos. El ambiente era increible y el grupo toco todos sus exitos. Todo el mundo lo pasaba muy bien. No termino hasta muy tarde.

Afortunadamente, mi camas en Madrid estaba bastante cerca del recinto y no tenia que andar muy lejos. Tambien estaba cerca de todos los bares y tiendas, asi que no necesitaba un coche ni taxi. Si me fuera a otro concierto en el mismo recinto y  necesitara un hotel, volveria a utilizar el mismo otra vez. Fue la ubicacion perfecta.

My Time in Europe is Just Beginning

I’ve been traversing across Europe for the past few days, visiting all the major locations in each country and city I’ve visited. So far I’ve been in Germany, England, Scotland, Ireland, France and now I’m headed for Alicante in Spain. I took a train en route to Paris from Madrid (it was a long but nice 13 hours) and rented a car in Madrid, drove to Valencia. I’m planning on visiting Alicante next, as it’s not too far from Madrid, looks beautiful, and is right on the east coast of Spain. I looked at some Alicante hotels and found that many of them are perfectly reasonable and still carry 4 or 5 stars, some with excellent views of the Mediterranean. I’m excited about heading there next as Alicante looks to be the perfect beach city with plenty to see and do.

Presumir de coche

Mi mejor amigo quiso poner a su coche un kit de xenon, para poder presumir de su coche con las chicas. El caso es que lo compro muy barato en una pagina de internet y le costo demasiado dinero. Despues de instalar el kit barato no le iban en su coche y tuvo que volver a buscar un kit de nuevo, pero que no fuera tan barato para poder instalarlo correctamente en su coche, yo le recomende una pagina muy buena donde tenian unas cosas muy chulas para el coche, pero sobretodo kits de xenon a muy buen precio. Se lo tuvo que mirar en la pagina web y escoger el que mejor le iba con el modelo de su coche. Al final de todo tuvo que volver a cambiar el kit entero para que le pudieran encenderse las luces del coche.

Big Decisions to Be Mad

I got a flyer in the mail today that discussed future changes in the school program and how new primary assemblies were being put into action. I am already on the PTA so I have heard all about this one hundred times or maybe even more. Next week they are holding a meeting about the schools situation and will be taking feedback from all of the teachers as well as the parents. I am interested in the outcome of the meeting as there are many new teachers in the building as well as new PTA members. The new members aren’t fully aware of everything going on in the schools walls, so it is my job to make it known to them before any final decisions are made. Hopefully I am able to get to all of them before the voting actually begins.
